The University of Utah improved to 2-0, beating Baylor 23-12. That score was closer than the game felt, as Utah led 23-3 at the half. QB Cam Rising went out with a finger injury, but it appears to be minor and it is expected he will be available at minimum by the time Big 12 play begins.
