Saturday at Team Florida Camp

CLEARWATER, Fla. - Florida commitment Kenny Kadji was the best prospect at the Team Florida Exposure Camp on Satureday, but senior Freddie Riley had the most productive day. And out of the 2009 class, Rakeem Buckles looked every bit like a quality high-major prospect.

Rakeem Buckles 2009- The best looking prospect of the 2009 prospects, Buckles was most impressive attacking the basket off the dribble. The long athlete spent most of his time attacking from the perimeter off the dribble, but he also showed the ability to make the outside shot. Having primarily been a post player, Buckles' perimeter skills are still raw but the potential is evident.

Louisville, who has offered Buckles, has been in twice in the past two weeks to watch him. Louisville is his top school with Miami (offer), Cincinnati (offer), Florida State and VCU also on his list.

Kenny Kadji- The top prospect overall at the Team Florida Exposure Camp was a player who isn't in need of exposure. A five-star prospect and Florida commitment, Kadji looked every bit the part. He showed an improved comfort level shooting the ball from the outside, and he was a force around the basket defensively. As always, if Kadji is able to turn to his left shoulder in the post, count on a bucket.

Luke Loucks- If Florida State fans are curious about what their future guard's game is like, take a look at Gonzaga guard Matt Bouldin. Louks combines a great feel for the game with impeccable court vision to make him a lethal playmaker. With his understanding of changing pace along with direction, he is also a dangerous driver. Give him too much room, and he will kill you from the outside.

Freddie Riley- The most productive player on the day, Riley put up huge scoring numbers in all three of his games. Both off the catch and off a number of dribble moves both directions, Riley poured in points. A definite high-major prospect, Riley just has some work to do in the classroom in order to qualify. If he can't make it happen in the classroom, he will have his pick of junior colleges in the country.

Emery Kelly 2009- A promising looking post prospect, Kelly runs well and has good hands. He was effective in the paint while also stepping out and making jump shots. Looked the part of a top 100 prospect on Saturday.

Darius Morales 2009- A work in progress, Morales is a long and active 6-foot-7 post player. Able to score with a right hand jump hook, he is a raw prospect with a lot of potential.

Altavious Carter 2009- A bouncy wing prospect, Carter knocked down a number of pull up jumpers in the mid-range.

Baylor has offered, and Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Virginia Tech, George Washington, Georgia Tech and Tennessee Tech are showing interest.

Chris Perez 2009- A lead guard with size, Perez used his strength to get into the lane with the basketball. Once in the lane, Perez had mixed results with his runner but finished when he got to the basket. At times he struggled on the defensive end.

Perez's top two schools are Florida State and Pittsburgh. Ole Miss (offer), Georgia Tech, Tennessee Tech (offer), Delaware (offer) and Missouri are also on his school list.

Erin Straughn 2009- The 6-foot-5 wing was both steady and impressive throughout the day. Defensively he was active, getting his hands on the basketball and securing the defensive boards. He also shot the ball well from outside and looked comfortable with the ball in his hands.

Tulane is recruiting him the hardest right now.

Darren Stewart 2009- This combo guard made a lot of plays with his ability to slash to the basket.

Darrick Brown 2009- A physical wing player, Brown hit shots from the outside along with his ability to get to the basket.

Florida State has been in to see him and Penn State is expected next week.

Greg Gantt 2009- A physical wing player, Gantt consistently knocked down shots during the day. Although he is not overly athletic, Gantt made a lot of plays in general during the day and displayed a knack for coming up with the basketball.

Stetson, Liberty and High Point have offered Gantt, and Purdue, Tulane and Belmont are also recruiting him.

Ben Eblen 2009- Forced to watch the action due to a sprained foot, Eblen has a top three of Virginia Tech, Miami and Clemson. All three schools have offered, and Eblen has visited Virginia Tech. Visits to Miami and Clemson are also in the works for this fall. Eblen also has offers from Tulsa and Marshall, while Tennessee, Davidson, South Carolina, Florida State and Georgetown are showing interest.
